Terms & Conditions

By purchasing services from Vision Into Order ("Provider"), the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Vision Into Order provides business growth and marketing systems, including but not limited to:

• Website hosting and management

• CRM access and management

• Lead capture systems

• Missed call text back systems

• Review automation

• SMS and email automations

• AI chat and communication tools

• Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support

Services may vary depending on the package selected.

2. Subscription

Services are provided on a rolling monthly subscription basis at the agreed monthly rate.

There is no fixed-term contract, and the Client may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 6.

3. Payment

Monthly payments are collected automatically using the payment method provided by the Client.

If payment is not received, Vision Into Order reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services until payment has been made.

Payments already collected are non-refundable for services already delivered, except where required by applicable law.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information.

• Supply logos, photographs, content, and other materials required for implementation.

• Maintain access to any third-party accounts required for service delivery.

• Respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required information may delay implementation timelines.

5. Ownership of Systems and Intellectual Property

All websites, CRM systems, automations, workflows, templates, funnels, integrations, software configurations, and other systems created, managed, hosted, or maintained by Vision Into Order remain the exclusive property of Vision Into Order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client is granted access to and use of these systems only while maintaining an active subscription.

The Client acknowledges that the monthly subscription fee provides access to Vision Into Order's systems and services and does not transfer ownership of those systems.

Upon cancellation of services, access to Vision Into Order's website platform, CRM systems, automations, workflows, hosting, integrations, and associated services may be removed.

Vision Into Order may, at its sole discretion, offer the Client the option to purchase or transfer certain assets separately upon cancellation. Vision Into Order is under no obligation to provide such a transfer.

6. Cancellation

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing at least seven (7) days' written notice via email.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to Vision Into Order's website platform, CRM, automations, workflows, and associated services will be terminated.

• Hosting and maintenance services provided by Vision Into Order will cease.

• Software licenses, integrations, and features provided through Vision Into Order may be removed.

• No further monthly payments will be collected after cancellation becomes effective.

7. Client-Owned Content

The Client retains ownership of any logos, photographs, branding materials, written content, and business information supplied by the Client.

Vision Into Order does not claim ownership of Client-supplied content.

Upon request following cancellation, Vision Into Order will make reasonable efforts to provide the Client with copies of any Client-owned content in its possession.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While Vision Into Order aims to help businesses improve lead generation, customer communication, and operational efficiency, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Revenue increases

• Lead volume

• Search engine rankings

• Customer acquisition

• Business growth

Results will vary based on numerous factors outside Vision Into Order's control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Into Order shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.

Vision Into Order's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client during the previous three (3) months of service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Changes to Services

Vision Into Order reserves the right to modify, improve, update, replace, or discontinue specific features or services where necessary.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to Clients.

11. Acceptance

By making payment, completing onboarding, or continuing to use Vision Into Order's services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
